With natural light… seems much better
First of all to capture such picture, if you are using your SLR, make sure that you can capture any picture with speed more than 1/100.
How to set your camera? You can use Manual Manual Mode (M) or using TV (Shutter Priority) Mode. Set your camera to 1/100 or 1/200 even better. Ask your friend to jump as high as he can, then shot with burst mode. Why? Only a shot might anger your friend because he need to jump so often.
